Holdsworth Allez crankset Track Alloy 46T 1/8"Cottered 167.5mm 1940

Holdsworth Cast Aluminum Alloy Track Crankset from the 1940'S HAS SMALL ISSUE, PLEASE READ These may have been made through the 1950's 167.5mm cottered 46T Track 1/8" Chainring cotter holes and pedal threads great The left arm is engraved Allez, the right is not.   These may have not been an original pair . I cannot know as they came to me like this.   The left arm at the pedal hole has been filed slightly thinner, a little in the front and back.(visible in picture 2, 3, & 4)  I have no idea why this was done, its only really visible from the side profile. It is a few mm.  The threads are fine but any pedal with longer than 10mm thread will have some spindle sticking out the back. While this is an imperfection, most people will never see it, these are rare as.. and most will not be riding these cranks much if at all.  These are pretty much relegated to restoration status or short jaunts. If it makes you feel better, you are buying the right side and were throwing in a nice left arm with a an imperfection.
