SHIMANO 105 DI2 ST-R7170 Shifting lever
Shimano has again collaborated with professional riders in the development of the electronic 2x12-speed control units of the 105 series. Not only that also a Wireless system has found its way to provide a tidy and wonderfully minimalist cockpit, also at the ergonomics was extensively tweaked. Characteristic of the revised aesthetics and aerodynamics are above all the raised lever hoods, which prevent fatigue regardless of the hand position and ensure first-class comfort.
Shimano 105 Di2 FD-R7150 front derailleur The introduction of the Di2 shifting system in components of the current 105 series also ensures the FD-R7150-12 front derailleur that gear changes are even more precise and coordinated. The electronic shifting not only facilitates the change from the large to the small chainring and vice versa, but also reduces the risk of chain drops.

Semi Synchro-Shift. The rear derailleur responds to the shifts made by the rider on the front derailleur. In doing so, the rear derailleur automatically provides the necessary compensation shifting for low cadence jumps when shifting up or down at the front derailleur.
SHIMANO FC-R7100 Hollow-tech Crank
In its entirety, with the FC-R7100-12 road cyclists get not only an extremely lightweight, but also powerful crank, whose durable arms provide efficient power transmission. The crankset is completed with the thoughtfully designed chainrings which are perfectly matched to the FD-R7150 front derailleur and guarantee not only a fast, but also precise shifting behavior.
SHIMANO BR-R7170 Brake caliper
Thanks to the natural deceleration feel of the hydraulic Shimano BR-R7170 brakes, athletes can test their limits even further. While their flat profile makes the Flatmount disc brake calipers ideal for use on road bikes, a 10 % larger pad spacing compared to the previous model reduces the risk of unwanted brake friction and grinding brake discs.
M12 Thru axle System + SHIMANO Brake rotor
The SM-RT70 Ice-Tech rotors (160, 180 and 203mm) have a sandwich structure of an aluminum core embedded in 2 stainless steel layers. The higher heat dissipation of the aluminum helps to reduce the surface temperature of the rotor by around 100 degrees Celsius. Optional Ice-Tech brake pads with aluminum cooling fins can reduce the brake pad surface temperature by another 50 degrees. The result is high stopping power and practically no signs of fading!
