Recomended heights for females 5-6 to 5-11 or males 1 inch taller!! This is a sports road bike, not a pro racing, but for casual riding ,light touring. Due to mixte frame style, you can step through the frame easily AND takes extra weight in back. SO, it is good for a rack in rear and extra weight!!! Very Nice Well made  Bicycle ideal for city riding clubs, commuting, light touring. Probably from late 1970s, made of Japanese, USA, and European parts. Overall luster very nice, few surface scuffs do exist, little surface rusting!! There is very minor rust perhaps,butoverall luster great. Will be simply  cleaned and waxed before sending. additional 425 gets more detailed job done! this DIOES NOT COME WITH WHEELS( OPTION) But MEANT FOR classic standard of 27" , pictured with 27 x 1-1/4 set from another bike. All cones, spindle , I estimate to be healthy,can rebuild as an option. I have MANY years of experience to make these guesses, i never learn from youtubei had destroyed 100s of bikes before youtube even existed.!!.
