Ellsworth “The Ride” Collector Beach Cruiser Bike #37 Of 500 Limited Production 2007 . This was the very first bike to receive a CVP Continuously Variable Planetary Gear System with a belt drive (essentially Vin #1 with these components). This is the first bicycle ever made to receive both systems and thus could be placed in a bike museum. Original down to the tires. Carbon fork, carbon seat stem, carbon brake handle, carbon belt guard, carbon front fender. This bike was way ahead of its time in 2006/2007. Great collectors piece. The gear system was designed by NuVinci and was inspired by a 1490’s sketch made by Leonardo daVinci. The NuVinci allows the rider to adjust to the perfect gear ratio without worrying about gears. This is a comfortable bike to ride and no doubt one of the coolest classic bikes at the beach. Always turns heads and is in beautiful original shape.
