COLUMBIA Bicycle Horn Tank 26 " bike tank Fit Elgin,Some Roadmaster

This is a bare metal steel bicycle horn tank that fits pre-war Columbia and Elgin Bicycles. It has gills in the front for the horn sound to be heard. NO HORN is included with this tank but it is sold separately in another listing for $38. Tank  is in bare metal and will need to be prepped and painted in the color you choose for your bike. Light coating of original cosmolene seen in picture two has protected it from MAJOR rust or oxidation.MAY HAVE SPOTS THAT NEED TO BE STEEL WOOLED. This tank was made by the Westfield Manufacturing company for use on their 1941 model anniversary bikes. Other sellers on Ebay get up to $195 for the exact same tank (save $$$ off their prices by buying it here) . This tank is in  VERY GOOD condition but again will need to be PREPPED PRIMED & painted.  Columbia bicycles and Elgin Bicycles both used this same tank and you can see the size details by the measuring tape that is in the pictures.  Great for any restoration or even for rat rods and resto-mods.
