(FRAMESET only) Includes original Seatpost Clamp and Dropout Adjusters of course I bought this years ago ( 3rd or 4th frame I bought as I got back into cycling) The Colorado Cinelli dealer had this "authorized refinish " done and he had them in almost all sizes , so (back then) the photos of the auction were not necessarily the same as the size I'd be ordering ( not the same bike frame , but same model ,year and color). I might have asked more questions , but I gather that a set of frames may have been shipped before proper cure time. just a guess as to why they might have needed a respray . You will receive the exact frameset as in the photos ! The paint was expertly done , but the masking and post paint detailing is lacking in the same professionalism as the paint and logo paint. My best guess is that Cinelli sent their painter over to refinish them , but the store chose to do their own thing for masking and post paint details (unmasking and the like). The Cinelli logos and stripes are done in paint , not decals , and this is why the masking details are not to the same level as the paint finish , which is stunning overall. You can see on the front and rear dropouts that most of the "masking " was done by razor blade removal after some cure time. That's kind of like putting your car up on cinder blocks to work on it , so it's a bit of a disappointment in that category . Some careful detail work around the edges where the chrome meets the paint and around the dropouts in particular would dial it in considerably . Mind you this paint has cured for about 15 years and will be resilient and hold it's sheen as you handle the frame . No novice painter could have pulled this finish off ! Remember NO DECALS at all ( except Columbus)! To make a long story short , if you're a stickler on perfection in every way , the around the edges detail may disappoint you. If you want a really cool never built up Cinelli in XL frame size to Thrash and Tear Up the Roads with a super well cured finish this is you ticket ! I always figured I'd pick up a 50th Anniversary set and clean up the white primer edges with some careful detailing. Just never got to it . I will be tightening up the description in the photos as there are lots of little things that need detailing , such as a spot at the top of the seat tube lug that was re-primed but never touched up . Maybe I can add a few more photos somehow. Still a very cool frame in need of a master ! I'm trying to only use those photos which represent the Burgundy Color best . This price will include shipping to all of the lower 48 states. Other US territories as well as Alaska & Hawaii will be a higher shipping cost. Enjoy !
