I purchased this bike (complete dura-ace mechanical) from Italy in 2021 as a leftover / closeout. I sold off the mechanical parts and ran it with Sram Etap and a Rotor 2InPower crank. Frame has been ridden 2599 miles. Never in the rain. Never crashed or dropped.
The only marks I can find are on the bottom of the drive side rear drop-out from banging it with the cassette during wheel changes (see the last photo).
Seriously, I am fanatical about cleanliness and maintenance on my bikes. This frame had clear frame protection installed in the rear chainstay area to protect the paint from tire rub and stone chips and I actually waxed the frame regularly to protect it from dirt and grime. Never a "dropped chain" as I ran an inner chain spotter since day 1. (see photos of BB area - it is perfect)

Hambini BBRight Race Bottom Bracket ($300) - smooth as butter, stiff as anything on the market and absolutely CREAK FREE! If you don't know what a Hambini BB is then please Google it.
The Seatpost has been updated to the 2019+ model which does away with the ugly "hook" or "question mark" style that originally came on the 2017-2018 bikes. This was $250 and is so much better looking and secure (IMO) - Seatpost is full length and UNCUT so plenty of room for adjustment.
Headset was upgraded to a Cane Creek "40 Series" doing away with the cheap FSA headset the bikes were shipped with. Also has 10mm aluminum Cane Creek Interlok spacer for the headset. (extra upper and lower bearing will be shipped with the frame.
Rear derailleur hanger is upgraded to a Wheels Manufacturing hanger that is stiffer and better machined than the factory Cervelo hanger (which is new and in the bag in the 3rd to last picture.)
I ran Sram Etap so no wires or shift cables but I have a bunch of parts / inserts for running mechanical shifting (see photos) all of which will come with the bike.
The Hambini bag in the photo contains the 2 outer seals for the BB which is setup for 30mm axle cranks (if you need a 30mm crank - see my other listings!) - If you want to run 24mm cranks for Sram DUB, you can order the inserts from Hambini (the BB / bearing are the same / just different inserts).
I think that covers everything.
Like I said, I am a bit obsessive about my bikes, they are stored in my basement office and pampered. I always use a calibrated Snap-On torque wrench for assembly so part are never over torqued / damaged.
