Vintage Cannondale SM700 "Mullet Bike" with 24" rear wheel, 26" front! Super cool retro trials style mountain bike. Seat tube measures 16.5" c-t-t and 14.5" c-t-c. Top tube measures 21.5" from center of seat tube to center of head tube. Sizing is odd on these bikes given the different wheel sizes, any questions on measurements please ask!
Largely original condition with a few exceptions. Original Suntour XC stem, hubs, and roller cam brakes! Rear derailleur was previously changed to a vintage Shimano Deore, and shift levers changed as well, presumably to add indexing functionality. These vintage Shimano shifters can shift friction as well. Lovely original Araya 24/26 rims! Wheels are in very nice shape.
Original Sugino LP 172.5mm crank (110/74 triple) is without chainrings. Bottom bracket is OEM sealed unit in great shape. Tires are older, tread barely worn, but sidewalls dried out. Does not seem like this bike saw terribly much use. No pedals included.
You will need chainrings, pedals, a chain, tires, and cables. I will disassemble the bike for shipment.
Vintage pre owned condition. Frame has a few scratches and scrapes, but no dents, cracks, or otherwise.
