The Gepida Berig 1000 SLX 10
is a premium European made front-suspension pedelec trekking bike. With the Bosch Performance e-bike drive system it has 63 Nm of torque, providing assistance up to 20 MPH through the SHIMANO SLX 10 derailleur. In "turbo" mode the drive system provides up to 275% of additional power beyond the input from the rider to help you conquer the steepest hills. Exceptional range can be obtained at the 50% "eco" assist level, easily beyond 50 miles depending on terrain. Two other power levels are provided between eco and turbo. SHIMANO ALTUS M355 160/160 MM HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES provide smooth stopping performance and minimal servicing. Gepida bicycles have been produced in Budapest by Olimpia Bicycle since 1993. Gepida was one of the earliest bicycle companies to work with the e-bike concept and employed a Research and Development team in 2006. Our bikes are also equipped with some of the most comfortable accessories available on the market, such as comfort grips and saddles to ensure the most ergonomic design.
