Bob Reedy Track Pedals These were the most expensive pedals of their time when they were readily available and due to the small quantity produced, the survivors remaining, I think they are generally under-priced These were not modified from road or bmx cages after the fact but the cages were made by Bob and anodized as track cages Something I dont think they ever produced or marketed I was told these are prototypes being tested by Larry Burke on a track bike before they were to be produced, I was told "If you look at the pedal body on one of them , it has pencil markings, from Bob Reedy ,co owner , machinist .they had not produced any at the time. First cages for track. Not a huge market, I would guess." These were very early. We have some other parts and cages that came directly fro the Reedy family after Bob died We will offer some spare parts for these and pedals that were being worked on by Bob when we get time. This is fo rthe pedals shown only. They are very clean, there are some marks around the edges of the platform and slight rust flaking/bubbling on the chrome steel spindles. Of course the sealed bearings are butter smooth For 9/16" 3 piece cranks Ive never seen another set of track cages that were not modfiied Visit My eBay Store: for thousands of new old stock, vintage and modern bicycle parts.
