New Old Stock Very beautiful Dark blue with gold pin striped steel Full fender set w 2 stays and some hardware These are reminiscent of a Carlton Raleigh or Phillips english bikes, Also possibly middle weight machine 48mm wide inside for 700c/27" Wheels  53cm outside measurement THESE ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND I AM SORRY I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TIRES THEY WILL FIT AS THEY ARE MANY DECADES OLD, OLDER THAN MODERN TIRES. THEY ARE GETTING PACKED AWAY SAFELY AT LISTING SO AS NOT TO LAY AROUND AND GET DAMAGED, SO I CANNOT ANSWER ANY MORE MEASUREMENT QUESTIONS.  Comes with stays and bolts to secure to the fenders , These have never been installed, I just finger tightened them together as they pre-drilled to accept these vintage stay bolts You will need to install a bracket for the bridge attachement of the rear fender, I would suggest a drilled and bolted or riveted on as these are thick enogh to not fit any of the bendable type attachements that usually some with plastic and alloy fenders.  You will also have to provide attachment for the front fender to the fork crown and whatever hardware you requir to attach to your dropouts.     It is only what is shown. Fenders are hard to provide the hardware perfectly for as people have so many different setups that they may need to use something else, so we provide the basic bits These have very minor shopwear, they were partly covered with paper but there are some scratches and imperfections Visit My eBay Store:
