BLACKBURN TECH MAG TECHFLUID BIKE TRAINER COMPLETE GREAT CONDITION This BlackBurn Tech Mag Tech Fluid trainer is complete, includes the cable and all locking mechanisms look to be in great shape with no gouges that I can spot. The bar between them I think is to prevent them from moving around when not in use. Obviously as a 73 year old retired nurse I'm no expert. The metal spindle that the rear tire rides on has some rubber deposits on it from previous use but it's very light. I recycle packing supplies to cut down costs to the buyer and because it's the responsible thing to do. ... Regards
