This the tool that is inserted in the headset cup inside a frame, the flanges pop out onto the inner lip of the headset cup so you may tap the cup out, then repeated process on the other cup. Handy for Working on Classic Vintage Schwinn Bikes and Many Other brands. Works with 1" forks and 1 1/8 forks and may work with larger. In rare cases, some frames construction don't allow the use of this tool. You are Buying one Tool.
