Hello, up for sale is an 80s-90s NOS, unused/NOS new Custom Built Front 20" (406) Road Racing/Recumbent/Mini Velo Wheel, 100% made in the USA.  28 hole, 100mm outside locknut spacing.  From the frame building shop of Terry Osell and built by Terry himself.  Made in the USA Sun CR-18 silver rim (23mm width, presta valve),  Wheelsmith 14 gauge stainless spokes (radially laced)  American Classic Speed TT sealed cartridge bearing hub and Wheelsmith black alloy 14g nipples.
