Aluminum 700c Road Bike Hybrid Touring Cyclocross Fork 1-1/8 Threaded

This fork is in good shape, got it in a bulk lot of bike parts and don't know what bike model it came from. There are little R logos all over but I don't know what brand that is. Good condition overall, a few scratches and paint chips. There is also some very old masking tape that is stuck on one side
The steerer is a standard 1-1/8" threaded type, and is a little under 7" long
The color shows up as black in the photos, but is actually a dark green.
