ADGA Leather Saddle Model 28A These came stock on some Peugeots in the late 60's early 70's Steel frame with bag eyelets, Looks it was reinforced under the deck but was taken out, perhaps to make it softer.  Its in pretty good shape for its age, Lots of marks but its straight and has almost all of the tension bolt left to adjust.
