This is a 90's era steel frame road bike with rear rack mounts. I believe it is a Lemond, see rear wheel dropout photo. I built this bike from the frame up. The frame top tube measures 54cm, the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seatpost is 55cm. I think this would be best for someone 5' 5'' - 5' 8'' ish. I received the multi geared bike when I was working at a bike shop in FL. The frame was completely painted mustard yellow, that is why I can't confirm year/make/model. A car painter buddy stripped and painted the frame to its current state in 2016.
1 inch steer tube with a Profile Design threadless adaptor. Origin 8 sealed cartridge bearing headset. Bontrager 1 1/8 stem. Bontrager carbon XXX 31.8, 42cm bars. Sick black and blue bar tape job. Bontrager carbon seat post. Front Sram Force brake with Bontrager carbon pads. eBay front bar end brake lever. eBay Chinese carbon wheels laced to Origin 8 sealed cartridge bearing hubs, the wheels measure about 50mm's deep. Bontrager AW2 700x28 hard case lite's. This is the largest size tire that will fit. Sram Omnium 165mm cranks, 48x15 gearing, 1/8'' chain, there is minor adjustment in the dropouts. Sram sealed cartridge bottom bracket. Bontrager Trip 300 computer, it was nice to see speed and cadence on the same screen. Bontrager wireless sensor for speed and cadence. Bontrager Montrose 138 saddle.
******Pedals will not come with the bike*******Shipping to lower 48 only********* I rode this bike, it is used, the paint has chips, blemishes and some overspray. There is a blemish on the front wheel. I never crashed this bike and took good care of it. Always stored inside. Frame Saver was applied multiple times. The derailleur hanger should be useable if you ever wanted to convert it back to a multi gear bike.
This is the most comfortable bike I have ever owned. It was a blast to rip around St. Petersburg, FL. It felt safe enough to bomb down bridges in the mid 40mph range or be in the 22mph group ride. I moved to Wisconsin and it does not get used.
