70/80s? Blue Takara road bike ~19.75 inch / 50.1 cm ~5'6" - 5"8"

70/80s? Blue Takara road bike. Unable to date the bike with the stampings. Top of seat tube to center of bottom bracket is about ~19.75 inch / 50.1 cm. Bike has new tubes, tires, brake & shifter housing, brake a shifter cables, brake pads. Neck, bottom bracket, wheel hubs, derailleur to hanger bolt have been greased. You can get on this bike and ride it home. Cash if bike is picked up locally. If the bike is shipped it will be partially disassembled (front tire, handle bar/quill stem, seat, and pedals at minimum) so it can fit in the box. Frame has paint chips in spots, rust spots due to paint chips, little dirty. Items are listed as used, so there may be some wear and tear on the packaging/item.
