Super light and fast. Adding Stan's Iron Cross wheels upped the performance of this high-performance machine, which combines quick acceleration with long-ride comfort. The drop in rolling resistance was more than a little surprising. It's been mostly my commuting choice, although I finished 70 miles of the Rebecca's Private Idaho ride with stamina to spare. Really, the only feature I've found that makes it a cyclocross bike is the slightly flattened top tube, accommodating over-the-shoulder detours around muddy race conditions. (This bike, however, has seen hardly a speck of mud.) All in all, I find little difference between the Fuji and my $4,500 Canyon and $5,000 Lauf carbon bikes. But wife says that I need to clear out the basement!
