This bike frame is in good shape, a lot of small paint chips but no dents or major rust. The headset spins well, but may need fresh grease. The geometry is pretty relaxed, almost like a touring bike. Would make a sweet commuter or day trip bike. It was running 27" wheels so it should have clearance for 700x28 tires with fenders easily, possibly 700x32 or so without
