This large frame has a 20" seat tube, 22" effective top tube, 25" down tube and should be suitable for riders 5'8" to 6'2". It has a 1-1/8" straight head tube and 135mm rear dropout spacing.
It has been used and shows a fairly significant amount of cosmetic wear as seen in the photos, the worst of which is areas of paint bubbling and chipping. Mechanically in good shape with absolutely no cracks or dents! A great candidate for a proper restoration!
