Time to move on from this project, just not enough time to get to it. Beautiful lightweight medium frame is in great condition without any issues or problems. Comes with everything you see in the photo.. Giant stem and bars, original BB and cranks, SRAM shifters, post with a beat up saddle, original front suspension fork is in decent condition. This Talon 0 frame is very light weight and durable, the welds are rock solid, absolutely no cracks anywhere. Throw on a nice set of wheels and brakes and you've got a fantastic hardtail mountain bike!
I will remove the handle bars and try to get a box from my LBS, or you can pick it up in Warminster
