1992 Trek w/True Temper RC2 Double Butted/Lugged Steel Frame Very Nice

1992 Trek 400 road bike- Trek called this 19'' but measures slightly larger- 19 3/8'' c-t. Paint/decals excellent. True Temper RC2 blue label double butted lugged frame with Trek investment cast lugs. Suntour Blaze components, Terry saddle, tires probably should be replaced, but fine for the time being. Solid Sansin SE wheelset, Trek Matrix Titan II heat treated rims with virtually no wear, this bike has seen very few miles on the road. In 92' Trek had 2 steel bikes remaining in its road lineup due to the industry transition from steel to aluminum, this and the 520 much to the chagrin of steel enthusiasts. Vintage steel Trek in very nice condition. Please inspect photos closely for detailed item condition. Please note- bike will be partially disassembled for shipping- including removal of pedals, rear derailleur, seat/seat post, handlebars, wheelset and crank.
