1987 Vintage Specialized HardRock Bike 18- 20" Mountain Bike

After doing research I'm pretty sure this is a 1987  Specialized Hardrock 18". I do know its Red, and maybe slightly bigger at 20."
It is in need of various tune ups, new tires, ect. Not much has been done to it since it was originally purchased. The first Specialized Hardrock model – an elegant classic 1987 Specialized Hardrock mountain bike. Perfect all around bike for 5’5”-5’11” riders. Indestructible and light full CroMoly steel frame, Suntour XC 7000 18-speed drivetrain. I believe the following specs to match: ORIGINAL COMPONENTS:

Frame: 18” CroMoly steel, TIG welded, team red, handmade in Taiwan

Fork: Specialized Direct Drive CroMoly steel

Stem: Specialized cold forged, painted to match frame in red

Front brakes: Dia-Compe cantilever

Rear wheel Brakes: Shimano Deore MT-61 U-brakes

Front Derailleur: Suntour XC Sport 7000

Quick release levers: Specialized; Sansin skewers
