The Japanese frame is a great example of the early MTB bicycles like the Gary Fisher, Specialized Stumpjumper models. The frame has no dents, but there is discoloration in the paint, and has its scratches/scuffs in the paint, with slight rust in certain areas.
This would be a great project for a bomb proof commuter, made out of Japanese chromoly steel. These early examples don’t pop up often as one would expect.
Measuring from the center of the bottom bracket spindle to the top of the seat post is 22 inches. The chain stays are roughly 18 inches. The top tube length from center of the seat post to center of head tube is 23 inches. On Jan-05-24 at 23:03:29 PST, seller added the following information:
