This is the ORIGINAL VINTAGE JOCKSTRAP by Bike. The grey band was the performance model last made before they quit production and closed shop. While the grey band was arguably the most flexible stretchy version, the size tag remained engineered for the traditional vintage tight fit - the 2XL was generally worn up to 44-46" I wear a US jeans size 34. I measure closer to a true 38. If you have never measured your waist you should - US clothing manufacturers lie to us. In sports my go to size was always the XL and 2XL with my current waist. So, Id suggest this be fore 34-44. Notice the photo with the measuring tape....and decide for yourself.
